Returns and Refunds Policy

Stock items Returns

You have a 30-day window from the date of receipt to return an item. To ensure your return is processed successfully, please ensure the following:

  1. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  2. The original packaging must be included.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will promptly notify you of its status, whether it’s approved or rejected. If your return is approved, you will receive a credit memo immediately.

Made to Order Items

For Made to Order items, we do not provide returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item is received damaged.
  • The item has a manufacturer defect.

In such cases, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. We will either replace the damaged or defective item free of charge, or if feasible, repair it. To initiate this process, we will require images and videos to assess the extent of damage or defect. Rest assured, we will work closely with you throughout the process to ensure your needs are met.

In the event that we proceed with ordering a replacement, we may request the return of the damaged item upon receipt of the new one, depending on our final assessment.

Refunds

Refunds are issued in cases where we are unable to fulfill your order due to:

  • Incorrect stock availability.
  • Special manufacturing issues.

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
